Revive has one aim. To offer you the goods, prices and service you want. We are a small enough company to be able to monitor every order from the moment we receive it to the moment it reaches you, but we are also large enough to negotiate the best prices around and pass them onto our customers. Making A Purchase
Making a purchase couldn't be easier. Just call or email with your requirement and we will advise of the correct battery and stock levels. We will also arrange delivery or fitting times at this point.
We accept cash, cheque (with cheque guarantee card), paypal all major credit cards, including Visa/Visa Delta, Solo/Switch and MasterCard.
Shipping And Handling
Delivery is usually made in 1-2 working days, but in most cases locally it is same day. In many cases we offer an express shipping option that guarantees delivery on a specific date*. All goods must be checked upon delivery and shortages/damages must be reported to the driver immediately.
Cancelling an Order
Under UK law, you have the right to cancel the contract for your purchase within 7 days of delivery. To cancel a contract, write "Cancel Contract" on the back of the invoice. Package the items securely and send them to us with the invoice within 7 working days of the date that the items were delivered. We would request that you contact us to tell us that you are returning goods before you send them. We may, at our discretion accept goods back outside of these 7 days subject to a 25% restocking fee. You must contact us for this option to be considered.
We recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service. Note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error. 24 hours' advance warning is required for returns.
You should be aware that once we begin the delivery process, you will not be able to cancel any contract you have with us for services carried out by us (for example, postage and packing). When we receive the goods with the notice of your cancellation of this order, we will refund the relevant part of the purchase price for that item.
Credit Card Security
We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our system and take the security of your financial information extremely seriously. Your credit card details are never kept on file.

Revive are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998).
All goods remain the property of Revive until paid for.
Waste Batteries and Accumulators Statement
Under the Waste Battery Regulations, Revive Ltd are now offering a take back scheme for all waste lead acid batteries. We will collect free of charge or you can return your batteries to our business premises in person; please do not post them.
